There is no doubt about it, if you want to get a nice 6pack you must diet right, most people do their cardio excercise and crunches but they do not diet. You MUST peform cardiovascular excercise anywhere from 25-40minutes. Work your abs at most 3 times a week. You DO NOT have to work your abs everyday it is NOT necessary and wont help you see results any faster than 3 times per week.
