Have you ever had milk before? Milk protein is about 80% casein and 20% whey. If Little Miss Muffett can eat it, so can you.But you should do the necessary research to determine what your total daily protein intake should be for your weight, age, and activity level. Remember that people doing weight lifting need more daily protein than sedentary individuals.
