I've heard that some people have had some success gaining some height by performing exercises designed to correct posture and stretch the muscles and ligaments. These are usually done before bed and after waking up, and also involve changing your eating and sleeping habits.Do a web search for some documents, but stay away from fads designed to rip you off. Don't pay a single dime to anything that sounds too good to be true.
And, obviously, marijuana is unhealthy.
