Do Hindu squats. Do 25 (proper) squats, then immediatley follow up with 25 push ups...do this till you've done a set of 100 for each. A proper squaty is done on a flat foot, not on the balls of your feet. Also, try incorporating some free weights to add resistance on your squats. Do curls. Incorporate cardio exercise, like running or riding a bike to really bring out the tone of your developing muscles. As for Abs, without cardio workout you'll fail. I use a simple wheel every day, doing 40 a day. Then at night lying in bed I try to max out on as many situps as my midsection can take. Seeing as how cold weather is on it's way, you may want to invest in a stationary bike ( if you don't have one) for you cardio workout, and try to ride 40 - 60 minutes a day at least 4 times a week. You may not lose much weight, because you'll be distributing the wieght evenly throughout your body in the form of muscle. Which is what you want! Eat right. No red meat, try more fish, eaty more salads. Baked fish, of course. Drink water instead of juice or soda. you'll see results with a routine like this in 6 weeks I'd imagine. And for pushups, do the sets I told you to, but do more throughout the day...aim for 200 a day in total. And with this, your on your way to looking and more importantly, FEELING better, about yourself. see ya
