while training very hard in highschool and while eating right i lost (exactly) 9 lbs a day. i weighed 248 and now 1 year after i weigh 230 and i need to get rid of it for good so my suggestion would be to eat healthy drink alot of water and run runrunrunrun! a lil weight training never hurts. 3 miles a day will work wonders in 2 weeks
