Hello Everyone! A few months ago, I didn't really care about my weight! I was 5 3 and 174lbs and I thought that I was pretty healthy. I had just had a baby and was nursing. I didn't think that I could do any diet plan while I was nursing. I was so unhealthy that I had developed severe acne and passed 2 kidney stones back to back. My sister finally took the initiative to tell me what I needed to do. She gave me some products. With in 3 days, my acne started to clear and after I passed the kidney stones, I never had another kidney, bladder, or passed stones again.
