hi, if there is anyone out there who actually knows their stuff, this question is for you...I'm 16 and i have a little routine i always do in the morning right after i get up, one hundred crunches ( a break for a few seconds halfway through) and one hundred pushups (same break). I have been doing these for years and i am a lot more toned than most other guys my age, but is it just luck of the draw or is it do to this?
PS-If you know any changes i should make please include them!
