I lost my Cybergenics Phase I manual, and the spiffy manual from the more expensive box set. Anyone know where I can find replacement copies or download copies of the manuals? I liked the workouts, the pills I found to be nothing special. However something brought me down from 385Lbs to 210!!! Now I'm still fat and flabby and back to 260lbs. I'd like these workouts again and get myself down to something respectable and healthy.
Please help.
