the only thing you can do to lose weight fast is to excersize daily. eat the right foods...no junk...very important and if you can try to run as much as possible. do some ab crunches at the gym and use the thigh machines. it will take time but should do the job. you have to do it the right way or it wont be worth it. take your time and in the end you will be much happier!!!!! keep smiling
