I have fairly good upper-abs and when I do crunches, that is the only place I feel getting worked out. What am i doing wrong cause i really want my lower abs to be toned.
Also how do I get my abs to look smaller? Crunches seems to just add muscle bulk which makes me look bigger. I dont want that, i want reduction.If its something im just going to have to live with, please tell me so i wont feel as if i have to kill myself trying to get the body i want.
