Heres The Resolution Put your hands under
your back holding your body and legs up and go down and up straight when your legs go up straight with out bending them bring your legs to your belly, Other Workouts: Abs Curls Tone up
Lay back With your arms crossed back of your head over shoulders pressing against shoulders have your feet flat & knees bent
lift up left leg to your body and twist your side over your leg tapping your belly with your bent legs curlling back to your leg then doing it with the right
Other:Suck and tighten your stomach
and sway it around popping your musscels out with your arm besides you.
If you do these work outs everyday you'll soon get the body you deserve!!!!!!!
