Arms increasing in size due to weightlifting... want them small! Ideas?

I'm 5 foot 3, 120 pounds, and in excellent shape. I have been doing cardio 3-5 times a week, and lifting weights 3 times a week. I lift on all the muscle groups, which has been great for my metabolism and definition. I am naturally muscular and was told that I should be able to only do 12 reps per set, that I should be fatiguing on the last rep of each set. Because I build muscle mass and strength so quickly, I keep upping the weight each week because that is what I can lift. I have gotten great results with only one complaint. My arms have begun to increase in size. Only 1/4 of an inch, but it's enough to scare me, since what I wanted was smaller everything. I have been weight training steadily now for 6 weeks. Any suggestions on how to get my arm muscles very toned, but smaller at the same time? I'm not overweight at all, just trying to get and keep that tight, sexy toned look.
