the key to it is diet, im sorry but no matter how many crunches or situps or leg raises u do it all comes down to diet to get the flat stomach, the exercises firm ur skin up around the area u lose weight, and help build tone muscles , also u cant just remove fat from ur stomach, u diet and it will come off everywhere which is good for ur butt too, find some exercise for the butt on the net, these will help firm em up and tone, while the diet will make it smaller, try running and swimming for exercise when dieting along with ur firming exercises. give it a few months, stick to it and u will have it, contiune to eat well and sensibly and ur have it for years, a few months hard work for years of looks from guys, if they dont already do :)
