Rack lifts/lift&holds - Set the pins in the power rack to just above knee level and set the bar on it. You should be able to lift the bar and hold it a few inches above the pins. Load it with heavy weight, lift it and then hold it for as long as possible.

Farmer's walk - take 2 heavy dumbells, hold them at your sides and walk for distance. BE CAREFUL! Put them down before you drop them. If you're not sure if you can make it all the way to where you want to stop, assume you can't and stop short.
