I am a 19 year old,145lb male who typically eats 3000 to 3500 calories a day. I eat a balanced diet and have a well rounded exercise routine. I'm always active, even when I'm relaxing. Does any one have any tips on what kind of foods or how many extra calories per day I should take to gain about 15lbs within a 6 month period.
