Ok, well, I just wanted to say that you can't get a flat stomach just like that. My suggestion is that you work your entire body first, then work on your abs.( That is if you are already over weight.)If you are over weight, try to do a lot of jogging. You will lose many calories. Try to eat right, and do NOT take those fucking diet pills cuz they just make your body feel like shit.If you are not over weight, then just work on your abs. Sit ups are actually not good. If you notice, when you do those, your stomach is actually gettin bigger. I have a pretty weird excercise for the abs that worked for me and will hopefully work for you. I stand and bend my knees a little. I put my arms on my sides, and sway my upper body in a circular motion for about 3 minutes a day, and while you do it, try tucking in your stomach. k, later peeps, keep it kool and good luck! muah!
