Hey for everybody out there, here is a tip. First off, for all of you who want great abs in a week, that isnt going to happen. You need time. Start eating right(or at least better), and dont just rely on regular sit ups to get a great stomach. Look at the jungle people in africa with badass 8 packs, are they sitting around at the hut doing crunches?..hell no..they are getting out..running around, climbing trees...Try going for a run, and as you are running flex your abs. During your average day always keep those muscles flexed. Do pull ups * they will tone your arms, and you will notice your abs are 100% flexed while doing them * try lifting some free weights, do push ups * real push ups..all the way down to the ground * use all these simple things, and you will see results, i promise.
