I am like 45lbs over weight and I want too loose it but I dont have time to go to a gym and I hate dieting. Iv tried everything but starving myself and It seems like a am just gaining weigh. Its all in my tummy and theighs. Im 5'5" and 160lbs. I played a season of soccer and I figured I would loose it all then but I didnt. I need some guidence.I would be so greatful if you could help me.
