Hey!I am a 15 yearold female obbsessed with having a great stomach. My solution was: slant board situps. The slant board that people use when they bench press. Lay all the way back and bring yourself up. I usually do 50. They are extrememly hard, start off doin 20 and work your way up. You feel a lot of ab pain the next day, but thats great. Make sure you keep your back straight, if it arches, it causes some slight pain. Also i do the bicycle movement, but I pause, I slow it down. Another thing I do is when i go up on a rep, hold it up there and pulse, make short little reps inside one rep. Does that maike sense to you?
