My workout is the same as yours but after 1 month of doing it . It got pretty hard to continue. Just think of a good outcome for yourself. Good health leads to better confidence, women and also your personal health can afflict who you meet, where, and when you meet them. To reach a good healthy outlook for yourself you must first concentrate on what you want yourself to look like. You don't want to let other people around you influence you to feel skinnier or more toned. What ever makes you feel the most comfortable is what you should let yourself achieve. step one to a healthy body is to tell yourself you are going to reach a certain goal. Right it down, post it in front of your bed. have others remind you of your goal. Second is to set in your mind how you are going to accomplish your goal. Don't overly workout or you'll find yourself in pain. Third practice your goal. Set your week to 3 to 4 times a day of working out and the other days rest. Jogging 4-5 times a week isn't such a bad idea. In fact cardio workout slow down your blood pressure to a healthy spot. Fourth, you must have a good diet. Fruits, Steak, Water, Milk, andother nutricious foods can influence your weight, and your muscle tone so it is very important to stick to healthy foods if you want to reach your goal. Fifth, get plenty of rest. Sixth, excersize when you first wake up or when you are fully alert to do your work out. Never work out at night before you go to bed. this can hinder what you look like and feel like. Many people work out at night because it is the only time that they can give themselves time to workout. And last, you need to have a good attitude ab
