first of all, what do you do now? The easiest excersises are just the crunch variations. You have the basic, feet-flatt-on-floor, the legs-bent-so-shins-are-parallel-to-floor, the feet-flat-against-the-wall, the twisting, the double crunch w/you legs bending up with your torso, and the reverse crunch with just your feet coming up. The shins-parallel are my fav. Start at 3 sets of 20 and see if you can work up to 1000 total, that sh*t hurts.
