Need help w/ Routine

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good routine. I plan on spreading it out over mon - wed - fri, working different areas of my body each day. As I am a hardgainer, I only plan on doing about 3 sets of 6-7 reps of each exercise. I guess what I'm asking is what exercises to do.
