I love being able to help others out... here is a simple way to get toned fast. Circular outlets. Do each exercise, or one like it for 1-2 minutes then move on to the next! Jumping Jacks.
Dumbbell Calf Raise (calf).

Bike.

Barbell Squats (thighs and buttocks).

Treadmill.

Dumbbell Rows (back).

Jump Rope.

Dumbbell Pullover (chest).

Jumping Jacks.

Barbell Shoulder Press (shoulders).

Bike.

Barbell Curls (biceps).

Jog In Place.

Triceps Curl (triceps).

Treadmill.
