Working your abs can be done both ways.people who want more ridges and muscle on there abs will do it everyother day and use some weights on their ab exercises.After you got the muscle you want you can do your regular sets everday with no weight to keep them toned.If you just want toned abs start out everyother day to get used to it then go to everyday if you want.try 3 sets crunches,3sets leg lifts,3 sets side to side twist.That will hit all your abs.
