Well, I'm 14 years old, and have I got a solution for you! For me, it was easy to get abs: You should do about 50 to 100 crunches every second or third day. If you've never done crunches, then this will push your muscles to work harder than you're used to. The next day you will be serverly sore, but the results will start to show in about a month. For your lower abs, lie on your back, with your body straight. Lift your legs about 12 inches into the air, and also lift your upper body to maybe less than 12 inches. (You're butt should be the only thing on the ground.) Hold this for about thirty seconds (It may sound easy, but, trust me, its harder than it sounds.) Do this on the same day that you do the crunches.I have been working out on my abs now for a while, but the first time that I actually did 100 crunches, I had abs just about the next day!! (Its not typical, so don't count on it. Some people take longer to develop muscles.) Now, I don't even have to flex or my abs to show!
