hey listen people,

I was taking dexatrim with the ephedra and caffeine (green tea one) and was doing fine and after going through two boxes of those thought i'd try something else so i got some of the twinlab metabolite. Well i took it for a few days maybe a week, and i was only taking one pill three x a day instead of the recommended 2. Anyway something happened to me and i'm sure it had to be due to the ephedra in my system....i was looking at a magazine and all the sudden my eyes starting doing some weird stuff...i'd see something flashing and going past my eyes in a shaky motion then it would go back to the center of my vision and go back to the left again. I couldn't even see plainly, i was also having a slight pain in the center of my chest. this lasted about 10 min. after praying a few min later it stopped but the chest discomfort remained and i got an extremely bad pain behind my right eye and a strong headache. Let me tell you this was a wake up call for me. The pain lasted for several hours i probably should have went to the hospital but hated to. I laid on the couch and prayed alot. It finally went away.I haven't taken a single pill since and won't and mercy did i have headaches for 3-4 days nonstop from the major caffeine withdrawal.
I have a 7 yr old daughter, 4 yr old son and a 20 mo. old son and I have never been so scared or felt so stupid for doing something i knew could be risky. I cried with relief when it stopped.
I wouldn't recommend anything with ephedrine in it ladies.
I wasen't even taking as much as you're alotted and I have NO health problems whatsoever, and have very low blood pressure. I'm only 33 yrs old.....so I just wanted to warn you and hope to prevent anything like this from happening to someone else. I think maybe i was going to have a stroke or had a minor one, who knows.

Just a warning!! My kids would die if anything happened to their mama and I was foolish enough and selfish to take a stupid risk!!!!! Lesson learned!!!
