If you are worried about your joint health, and want to take a supplement for it (which is a good idea if you will be lifting weights) then I suggest glucosamine and chondroitin. These can be obtained together in one pill to be taken once or twice per day. Essentially, they both help to repair and rebuild the cartilage around your joints.
