i am only 14 and i have a friend with a serious problem. she wants to go on a friut and veggie diet only, but she is fairly skinny i guess u would call her normal and she is a dancer who constantly obsses about how much she ate and stuff. some people suspect that she is anorexic. i konw for a fact that eating only friut and veggies aren't hea;thy but i also know that she won't listen to me unitl i have some proof that this is unhealthy. please if u have any info that is short and sweet on the subject of and all friut and veggie diet please letme knoe asap b/c this could be a big problem.
