I"m a 35 year old woman with a physical dissability and need to increase my strencth in my back and abs. My uper body strencth is great but an instructor told me that if I increase my streancth in my abbs, my balance will improve and my gate will too. I work out almost every day, but I need some excersizes to target my abs and back. Any suggestions? Please write back.
