First, you take a 5, 10, or 25 lb weight and u do 25 crunches with just your hands behind your head. After that, you get your weight and,while lying on your back, hold it straight up in the air and do 30 crunches with the weight in the air. Finally, you take the weight and put it behind your head, while still on your back, and do about 35-40 crunches. Repeat this process five times. It worked well for me. I've only been doing it for a month now and can already see definition in my stomach.
