Cellulite is just fat! You need to burn off bodyfat, but unfortunately, you may have lost mostly muscle by eating too little, and not doing enough resistance training. The whole low carb diet thing is a bit risky too. Carbs don't make you fat, too many calories make you fat! However, if you cut back calories too much, your metabolism will slow down, and your body will do everything it can to keep the fat you have----even at the cost of getting rid of muscle. This isn't just a waiting game---if you just wait for it to happen, it never will happen! You have to be proactive.
