How to firm your abs

Firming your abs is very simple. heh.. Simply starve yourself, throw up food that you eat if you accidently eat anything.. do this for about 3 weeks and when you are done, start laying flat on your back, lifting your legs while having them pressed together, keep your head down while doing this.. also do it slow and about 30 reps a day after about 3 days of this, start doing regular crunches and this excersize at the same time, like on movies.. where the muscley dude is doing it really fast and sweaty, i garruntee you wont get sweaty but you will get tired..also lie flat on your back with your legs straight on the ground, put your hands up by your ears but dont hold on and go up as a crunch and lean your upper torso over to the left then right then left again, then go back down, you will feel a good pain letting you know you did it right when you come back down, do this as many times as you can stand and after that, flex your abs, bend your upper torso forward and feel your abs to see if they are growing, notice this: if you dont starve yourself you will not see the mucsles, but you will have them.. and feel them with your fingers, but if you want to take your shirt off to impress the girls/boys then starve yourself, all the cool kids do it.. :)
