I started doing this really cool exercise at the gym for my sides (luv handles). What you do is go to the crossover cables and attach one of those handles on the bottom cable. Then you set the weight to a high level and grab the handle with one hand and lean to the opposite side while standing straight up. Do this a bunch of times and you begin to feel it and eventually develope definition in your sides.
