Help!!! I am a 35 year old woman with 3 children. My butt is a size 6 and my waist is a size 4. Nothing fits right and my butt and saddlebags are way to big for my small frame! I'm 4'11. My doctor who is a female said that she didn't feel I needed to lose much weight. She suggested working out with free weights to firm up my upper legs, butt and thighs. I have never used weights and am very confused about all of it. Any help you can offer would be appreciated! Thanks!
