Well, you need to start losing fat if you want to reduce that and that means dieting. Just eat smart. Also, do some running, walking, or swimming. This will help you burn calories and make your body use fat as fuel. This won't neccissarily make you lose fat from your stomach, but if you keep losing fat, it will eventually come off your stomach.
