hi i'm 15, and i've been doing cross country running for 3 yrs. i have an abnormally large whatever the muscle is under ur calf, and posteria (?) outside of the shin. i have heavy thighs.... mostly muscle, but i want to know how i can get strong definition of the muscles so it doesn't look so much like fat??!!
i see the foot ballers and athletes and wonder how they get theirs like tha... please help!!
