I am a music teacher and track coach. Here are
a few of my favorites.
Side Abs (obliques)
1. Oblique Crunches
You do your regular crunch except instead of
having your knees in the air, you turn your legs
to the left (or right)so that they are laying on
2. Knee Touch Cross Overs
Lay on your back with knees bent. With your right
arm straight, slowly reach up to touch your left
knee (and vice versa).
1. Leg Raises
Lay on your back, legs outstretched, with your hands,
palm down, under your gluteous maximus. Slowly raise
both legs until they are about 8 inches above the floor
and slowly lower them.
