Hey, you gave me that intense five-workouts-a-week schedule for 15 year old ecto looking to increase mass. I was wondering if it was a bad idea to quit after three weeks of your schedule until summer. School is just too much for me these days and I'm falling way behind. Is postponing the 12 week blast after I've started it a bad idea, will it affect me and how? I'm still eating breakfast and more fruits and vegs and protiens, but its probably best to put off the workouts. Maybe a lighter routine until I can go heavy this summer, but if that won't do any good or doesn't matter, then don't come up with one.
