I am a 19 year old college student. I used to be really fat and had a 36 waist and no muscle on me. that was two years ago and now I have went down to a 29 waist and have been weight lifting and doing some cardio. It seems like I got my waist too small and now my thighs are huge with muscle,but I cant lose this fat on my stomach and love handles. I have been trying to eat healthy and am always active in sports and weight lifting. Someone please help!!!!I have spring break in 2 weeks and have been trying as hard as I can to lose my "baby" fat.
