to work lower;
1. sit on edge of a chair/box. put arms behind you
to hold self up. Keep torso straight during whole thing.

2. stick legs straight out and point toes.

3. bring legs up to chest while squeezing abs and buttocks.
hold for 5-10 seconds. do 15 reps every other day.
