My favorite thing for breakfast is a smoothie using one of our MRPs or whey protein as the base, and adding yogurt, frozen fruit, water, and ice, and blending it into a really tasting shake.
If you don't have time to make it in the morning, make it up at night and put it in the freezer. Then, the next morning, all you have to do is add a little water or juice and blend it back up again.
This is a good trick for those of you who also like a shake at night; you can make two servings, and use one that night, saving the other half for the next morning.
You can always just add water, juice, or milk to a powder and shake it up.
Adding the oats to the smoothie is an excellent way to add nutritional value and fiber.
