this is a pretty screwed up form of crunches that seems to help me

Ok, you sit on your back with you head and shoulders off the floor and your legs up like your going to do bicycle sit ups. Then you pull up towards your legs as far as you can and bring your legs towards you. (your hands are behind your head like in bicycle situps) also if you can do these: pull yourself up on the pull up bar and hold yoursel there. Raise your legs up using your abs and hold them there for 1-2 seconds than put down again. Repeat. Hope this helps
