I want to learn how to increase my verticle leap by using plyometrics or whatever works.I'm only forteen and 5 feet 9 inches tall but By the time I get in high school (next year) I want to be able to get rim or dunk.Some of my friends have been improving on their verticle and I want to keep up with them or show them up and out jump them.It would give me a better chance of making the basketball team.
