Bowflex is the greatest thing we've ever
purchased! Use the book as a guideline -
we've had ours for over a year now - and the best
thing to do is plan out 6 week sessions. That way
you never get tired. The book (and video) show the
major routines for each muscle group. Then the variations
are endless! Keep a Chart of your progress - that's so
important as time goes on - you'll want to see where you were on
at a certain point - which routines work best for you, etc.
My body fat is 18% now (i'm over 40 and female)
