Hey Amelia,
I know how you feel,but I have been in aerobics and learned a little something I haven't lost a lot but it is a start what you need is to have a daily workout other then that machine and dicipline in you eating habits eat fruit and veggies. Every morning I get up and do 100 crunches. Tae-bo believe it or not is actually really good it doesn't just work your body but your self-esteem. You have to remember that there is no quick and easy way to lose weight or get nice abs it takes hard work.
