Hi. I have a big big butt. My thighs are a little muscular with a loooot of fat. My abs hang over a little and I find them to be very big. I want to have very muscular thighs and a very muscular stomach, yet still have curves. I want a nice tight not real big butt. I want the type of ass that my crush could squeeze and hurt his hand. and the type of stomach someone could hit and hurt themself....a six pack. I have FOUR MONTHS. I am 5"2, and weigh 115 lbs. I want to weigh max of 100 lbs. I walk/jog about 1-2 miles every day and do about 100 crunches. Please please help! I am doing this because I want to look good for my crush. and in a tight fitting black dress and just for myself....thank you!! Please reply asap!!!!
