I have the same problem I am 16 years old and I only weigh 90 pounds I really want to gain weight. But nothing seems to work my parents have me drinking ensure plus and it doesn't seem to work because I have been losing weight. does anybody have any suggestions on how or what I should eat to gain weight fat. I really don't want to tell my parents that I am losing weight so please HELP!
