Ok. I'm 21, 6'2", 150lbs, a professional dancer, and i have an extremely lean and defined physique(what their is of it...) Problem is, i'm having real trouble targeting specific areas for muscle growth and what i'm doing seems not to be having as much effect as i think it should. Over the last 6 weeks I've been doing a weight program( 6 days a week. 3 days light weights, high reps, 3 days low reps max weight), i eat 4 medium sized meals a day, do two 40 minute shows at night 6 days a week, (singing/dancing(CRUISESHIP...)) and 100 pushups a day (with differring positioning of hands) Also, i thought it may be of importance that i am in all honesty, not fatigued by this schedule. I'm not seeing enough results for my liking, but perhaps i'm asking too much too soon?

I especially need help building my upper chest (which i find impossible to target), width in biceps( if that makes any when looking from front on) and my lats.
