my goal is for a nice body...but i have
the hardest time gettin the chest the way
i want it....i want it to be cut....but
have some mass also....
so ive asked people at
the gym what to do to achieve
this goal......i have heard quite a few
ideas...here are just a few...

first and most said was 5 sets of 15-20
reps..they said that this will get you cut
and build mass...less weight more reps...
..do you think thats cool?

second was five sets of five....

and third....was burnout....but that is
dumb.....you can get hurt doin that

id like to know the best way to reach
my goal...and would apreciate your help
and advice...
