Hey everyone! I have lost about 40 pounds in three months. I know that was fast and I didn't do it on purpose but now that I've got the ball rolling I want to continue. At a slower pace though. I have a bad back that I want to be careful of when excersising so I need advice on strengthening excersises for the back. I want to work on every part of my body to make it look as good as it can. Since I am not in good physical shape (for now), I need to start slow and work my way up. Any help or advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
